Fronius Brasil is seeking a driven Sales professional to promote the complete welding portfolio in the assigned territory, focusing on demonstrations, presentations, and closing deals with support from the regional sales Manager. The role requires 3–5 years in welding power sources sales, a proven growth record, and strong written and spoken English.

You will work with distributors, direct customers, and dealers to expand market reach while delivering excellent service and building lasting

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of sales experience in Welding Power Sources or similar products.
• Proven history of sales growth and achieving targets.
• Willingness to engage in all customer sales activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Sell and demonstrate the complete Perfect Welding portfolio in the assigned territory.
• Negotiate prices with the regional sales Manager.
• Operate self-reliantly in the local sales area.
• Support existing customers and dealers with sales needs.
• Assist partners with sales and marketing activities.
• Assist product introductions to customers and dealers.
• Manage ongoing communications and service for all Perfect Welding customers in the region.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience of sales in Welding Power Sources / Similar products. A documented history of sales growth. Willingness to be directly involved in all customer sales activities. Experience in working both distribution, as well as direct customer sales. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
