Job summary

Fronius Brasil is seeking a sales professional to promote the complete Perfect Welding portfolio in the assigned territory in India. You will drive demonstrations, price negotiations, and close deals with support from the regional sales manager.

The role requires self-reliant activity, support for existing customers and dealers, and collaboration with partners on sales and marketing. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Welding Power Sources or similar products.
• Proven history of sales growth.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing; multiple languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and demo the full Perfect Welding portfolio in the assigned territory.
• Negotiate prices and close sales with support from the regional sales manager.
• Maintain self-reliant sales activities and support existing customers and dealers.
• Assist partners with sales and marketing; introduce products and manage communications for Fronius welding customers and dealers in the region.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience of sales in Welding Power Sources / Similar products. A documented history of sales growth Willingness to be directly involved in all customer sales activities. Experience in working both distribution, as well as direct customer sales. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Fluent English in both speaking and writing. (Candidates with more languages are preferred.)
