Job summary

Discreet Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Balewadi, Pune, is hiring an Area Sales Manager for Security & Smart Home Solutions. The role is a field-based, full-time position managing a channel network of dealers, system integrators, architects, and builders to grow revenue.

You will own the territory sales plan, onboard partners, run field visits and live demos, train a team, and maintain CRM with regular pipeline reporting. English fluency is required; local language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in B2B or channel sales with 2+ years of team management.
• Experience selling security systems, home automation or electronics via dealers or SIs.
• Existing dealer/SI/architect/builder network in the territory.

Responsibilities

We're hiring: Area Sales Manager – Security & Smart Home Solutions

Discreet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. | Balewadi, Pune | Full-time, field role

We make digital and wireless security and smart home products, and we're growing through dealers, system integrators, and project partners. We're looking for an Area Sales Manager who has already built a channel network in this space and can lead a field team to grow it further.

What you'll do

• Own the sales plan and revenue target for your territory
• Find, onboard, and grow channel partners, system integrators, and dealers
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and builders so our products get specified in their projects.
• Run field visits, product presentations, and live demos
• Lead, train, and review a team of sales representatives
• Keep the CRM, pipeline, and daily/monthly reports up to date.
• Track competitor activity in your market and suggest how we respond.
• Work with marketing, logistics, and technical support so partners get a smooth experience.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have

• 5-7 years in B2B or channel sales, including at least 2 years managing a sales team
• Experience selling security systems, home automation, or electronic products through dealers or system integrators
• An existing network of dealers, SIs, architects, or builders in your territory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency in any of the following is highly preferred: Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, and Bengali.
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital/smart products
• A graduate degree (BBA, BSc, or BTech preferred); an MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus

This role may not suit you if your experience is mainly tele-calling, inside sales, or retail counter sales, or if you're not open to regular field travel.

Salary: As per Industry Standard + incentives
