• - Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive in-sales targets, upselling, and eye-test conversions. Track and maximize metrics like ATV, overall conversion rates, and Reach on Time.
• - Customer Experience: Own the end-to-end customer journey, resolve queries with empathy, and boost NPS scores.
• Locus: Ensuring strict tracking compliance, Field adherence. Appointment: Attend the appointment at the given time.
• Revenue & KPI's : Revenue and KPI's should be as per thr company standard.
• Team Upskilling & Attrition: Maintain high competence through field coaching, reduce field staff attrition.
