• Drive primary and secondary sales through effective distributor and retailer management.
• Ensure proper product availability, stock levels, and timely replenishment at outlets.
• Regularly visit MBOs to maintain strong relationships with owners and store teams.
• Identify new MBOs and business opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth order execution and collections.
• Ensure proper brand visibility, merchandising, and display standards at MBOs.
• Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market updates with the reporting manager.
• Support new product launches and promotional activities in the assigned market.
