Skinaa Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage our sales team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is a full-time, permanent position within the Sales & Marketing department, offering a competitive monthly salary of up to ₹50,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving pharmaceutical business growth, maximizing brand market share, managing team operations, and consistently meeting sales targets in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve territory sales targets.


• Conduct regular joint field work and provide comprehensive on-the-job training to team members.


• Build strong professional relationships with Dermatologists, Physicians, Hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).


• Ensure effective distributor and stockist management to guarantee uninterrupted product availability.
