Job summary

Ra-vish Wellness is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Bengaluru to lead a field team of Medical Representatives and Area Managers, driving dermatology-focused sales and doctor engagement. You will coordinate doctor calls, CME activities, and stockist interactions to meet regional targets.

The role requires 4–7 years in ASM, a two-wheeler, and strong English communication, with a self-motivated, energetic, and team-building mindset. Preference for science/pharmacy graduates.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in ASM roles, preferably in dermatology.
• Must have own two-wheeler vehicle.
• English communication with good presentation.
• Self-motivated, energetic with a pleasing personality.
• Team-building and motivational skills.
• Graduation in any field; science/pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, supporting & motivating Medical Representatives and Area managers to generate sales.
• Increase doctor prescriptions.
• Make productive doctor calls (joint + individual).
• Perform doctor activities (e.g., CME, conferences).
• Prepare, screen & implement doctor list division & zonewise.
• Meet stockists and medical stores for primary & secondary sales.
• Achieve individual as well as pool targets.
• Provide proper reporting/MIS to the RSM.
