Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.
• Drive sales performance by ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned business targets.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to support business growth.

Eligibility Criteria
