Job summary

TekPillar® is seeking a result-oriented Area Sales Manager in India to drive life insurance sales and manage agency channels. You will recruit and develop insurance advisors, build relationships with customers and partners, and lead a sales team to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Life Insurance or BFSI sales, strong communication and leadership skills, and is available for immediate joining. Local candidates preferred and salary is up to 7.5 LPA.

Qualifications

• Graduation mandatory.
