Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited is seeking an Area Sales Business Manager for MEAL responsibilities in the Odisha region. You will drive volume and market share through strong sales and CX leadership, coordinating with dealers and cross-functional teams.

This role focuses on demand generation, timely billing, pre-sales and digital customer journeys, and hands-on activation plans at ground level with local schemes. A background in auto sales and engineering with an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in area sales.
• At least 2 years in auto sales industry.
• B.E./B.Tech, MBA preferred.

• Sales & CX: Driving Volume & Market Share
• Demand generation and dealer performance oversight to drive volume
• Ensure CX at every customer touch point
• Pre-sales, showroom and digital customer journey billing
• Order availability to ensure timely billing and retail
• ETBR handling and activation plan
• Enquiry generation, market coverage and hyperlocal dealer initiatives
• Drive end-to-end initiatives and market activations; coordinate with charging teams
