Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Lucknow seeks an experienced automotive sales professional to drive volume and market share. You will oversee dealer performance, ensure a superior CX across pre-sales and sales touchpoints, and manage showroom and digital customer journeys.

The role requires 3-5 years in sales with at least 2 years in auto sales, with BE/BTech and MBA preferred. You will coordinate billing, order availability, and participate in local market activations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in auto sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.

• Sales & CX:
• Driving Volume & Market Share -
• Demand Generation & Overseeing market wise dealer performance to drive volume & market share
• CX -
• Ensuring CX at every customer touch point - Pre-sales and Sales
• Showroom and Digital Customer journey
• Billing -
• Order availability to ensure timely billing
• Ensuring timely billing of desired vehicle
• Retail -
• ETBR handling
• Activation plan - Enquiry generation, market coverage
• Hyperlocal digital Dealer initiatives - Driving end to end special initiatives at the ground level, alongside any special schemes/incentives
• Market activations
• Ensuring Infrastructure Readiness
• Ensure proper coordination across Charging teams

Experience

3-5 years, atleast 2 years in auto sales
