Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a sales/commercial professional in Kolkata to drive demand generation and oversee market-wise dealer performance to boost volume and market share.

You will ensure CX at every customer touchpoint—from pre-sales to billing—while coordinating showroom and digital journeys and timely billing of vehicles. • 3-5 years of experience required, at least 2 years in auto sales.
• MBA preferred for business insights and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume and market share through demand generation and dealer performance oversight.
• Ensure CX at every customer touchpoint, including pre-sales, showroom, and after-sales steps.
• Coordinate showroom and digital customer journeys to enhance order availability and timely billing.
• Lead activation plans, market coverage, and hyperlocal dealer initiatives.
