Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a proactive professional to lead demand generation and oversee dealer performance across markets to drive volume and market share.

The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint, including pre-sales, sales, showroom, and the digital journey, with emphasis on timely billing and order availability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years, at least 2 years in auto sales.
• B.E./B.Tech, MBA preferred.
• Experience in demand generation and dealer performance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & overseeing market wise dealer performance to drive volume & market share.
• CX at every customer touch point – Pre-sales and Sales.
• Showroom and digital customer journey; order availability and timely billing.
• Retail activation plans and hyperlocal dealer initiatives, including market activations and infrastructure readiness.
• Coordinate with Charging teams to ensure seamless operations.

Education

B.E./B.Tech, MBA preferred
