• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to SOPs across all stores.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory, approximately 1215 days per month.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 710 COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (12–15 days per month).
• Graduate degree or MBA required.
