Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in India seeks an Area Manager to oversee and manage 1215 stores across the assigned territory, driving year-on-year sales growth and store profitability.

You will train store teams, recruit for store-level roles, ensure SOP compliance, and travel extensively (12–15 days per month) to cover the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7–10 COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (12–15 days per month).
• Graduate degree or MBA required.
