Area Retail Manager

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7-10 COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (12-15 days per month).

Experience

Experience: Min 2-3 years as an Area Sales / Retail Manager in the Apparel, Footwear, or Spectacles industry

Role Overview

The Area Retail Manager will oversee 1215 stores within the assigned territory, with responsibility for driving

year-on-year growth, ensuring store profitability, delivering team training, managing recruitment for store teams, and closely monitoring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
