Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Limited is seeking an Area Recovery Manager to lead delinquency reduction and drive early resolution within a defined region. You will monitor accounts daily and engage delinquent borrowers through calls and field collections, while guiding a team of collection staff.

Key responsibilities include team building, training, and close collaboration with branches to ensure smooth collections and portfolio quality.

Qualifications

• A result-oriented individual with Positive Mental Attitude with Integrity, willing to put hard work.
• Proven ability to Handle difficult customer.
• Should have the knowledge of other products movement in the market.
• At least 3 years’ experience in collection with 2 years of On roll team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to Work & Deliver business targets under pressure.
• Be Accountable for Portfolio Quality of the Location.
