• Candidates should have prior experience of more than 9 years in F&B Industry (QSR, Cafe, Bakery, Fine Dining)
• Expertise in setting up the brand operations for central kitchen/retail stores and franchisee stores
• Setting SOPs as per brand standards
• Skilled in Operations, Training, Auditing, Recruitment/Manpower Development and Resource Management
• Planning marketing strategies with marketing department
• Experienced in building supply-chain and vendor negotiations for the brandFull knowledge on food equipments and machinery
• Knowledge on frozen bakery
• Expertise in setting offline/online delivery operations and logistics
• Planning new menu with Chefs and new product innovation.
