Job summary

Heisetasse Beverages in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking an experienced Area Manager Operations to oversee 8 to 15 third-wave coffee stores. You will drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience and people performance across multiple locations.

You will lead Store Managers and frontline teams, manage P&L, optimize costs, ensure SOPs and food safety, and partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Projects to stabilise new openings and manpower readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 58 years of relevant experience in QSR, Caf, Retail, Hospitality or F&B.
• 23+ years of experience managing multiple stores/locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive performance across 8 to 15 stores.
• Achieve sales, revenue, AOV, productivity and profitability targets.
• Drive store P&L, cost control, inventory and wastage management.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Drive manpower planning, employee engagement, retention and succession planning.
• Monitor customer experience, feedback and service quality.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits and performance reviews.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Training and Projects teams.
• Support new store openings, manpower readiness and operational stabilisation.
