Food Whisperer is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations across outlets and central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement SOPs, control costs, monitor hygiene standards, and drive continuous improvement through reporting and planning. The role requires strong leadership, multi-unit operations experience, and a proactive approach to enhance customer experience and business growth.

• Proven experience as Operations Manager in F&B/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in multi-unit operations / central kitchen preferred.
• Good understanding of P&L, cost control, and inventory management.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across outlets/central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchen
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores)
• Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency
• Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and productivity
• Conduct performance reviews and drive team development

3. Process & Quality Control

• Implement and maintain SOPs across operations
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI)
• Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions

4. Cost & Inventory Management

• Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall operational expenses
• Work closely with procurement and store teams for inventory control
• Minimize wastage and improve efficiency

5. Customer Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle escalations and improve service standards

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations
• Coordinate with management for business planning and expansion
• Drive process improvements and operational strategies
