• Expertise in setting up the brand operations for central kitchen/retail stores and franchisee stores.
• Setting SOPs as per brand standards.
• Skilled in Operations, Training, Auditing, Recruitment/Manpower Development and Resource Management.
• Planning marketing strategies with marketing department Experienced in building supply-chain and vendor negotiations for the brand Full knowledge on food equipments and machinery.
