Job summary

SkillLabs in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Frontline Sales Manager to lead our frontline sales team across LMV, TW, 3W and LCV segments. You will drive market penetration, manage dealership relations, and align frontline activities with quarterly targets.

You will interview and select DMAs/CSMs, resolve escalations, coordinate with training, and report on targets versus achievements to RM & HO. A strong background in automotive sales and data-driven decision making is required.

• To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
• Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
• Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
• Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
• Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM &HO for final approval
• Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership& frontline sales team
• Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escalated the issues to them

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

• Team management of front line sales.

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum 5-8 Years of sales experience in any automotive products like LMV,TW,3W,LCV,MCV,HCV
• Experience in managing Sales agencies
• Excellent data management skills
