SkillLabs in Jaipur, India is seeking a frontline sales leader to manage a team of executives and drive sales growth through dealerships and frontline channels. The role focuses on achieving targets, expanding market reach, and promoting finance schemes to customers.

The candidate will coordinate with training teams to enhance frontline efficiency, maintain dealer relationships, and escalate issues as needed, while reporting progress to regional management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of executives/frontline sales personnel and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Increase market penetration and support growth of market share through frontline sales activities.
• Drive sale of finance schemes to customers, within and outside dealerships, aligned with targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers through the frontline sales team.
• Resolve issues escalated by frontline sales team and dealers.
• Acquire more customers via ADC/rural channels and expand the customer base.
• Provide market intelligence, plan activities, and lead generation initiatives to support sales.
• Oversee compliance/adherence to policies and supervise regular visits and portfolio management.
• Coordinate with training to improve frontline sales efficiency and performance.
• Interview and select DMAs/CSMs and obtain approvals from RM/HO.
• Monitor reports and take corrective actions with dealerships and frontline teams.
• Improve productivity and keep RMs updated on targets vs. achievements.

Job description

• Managing a team of executives/officers/sr. Officers (front line sales)
• Increase penetration & support the organisation in growing market share through frontline sales team
• To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (within & outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
• Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
• Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
• Acquiring more customers through ADC/rural channel
• Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing
• Managing the team of executives w.r.t. Compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits & managing dcc portfolio
• Femi/ns – collection of FEMI bounce case & nonstarter (DCC/NDCC)
• Resolution of customer complaints
• Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
• Interview & selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM & ho for final approval
• Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales team
• Maintain & improve the productivity of front line sales team
• Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs achieved & escalate the issues to them
