Job summary

YES BANK in Hubli, Karnataka is seeking a sales professional to drive business growth in the assigned geography. The role involves engaging with branch leaders, training staff, and ensuring productive customer interactions to close deals.

You will develop product knowledge, coordinate with teams for sales, activation and service timelines, and create cross-sell opportunities while using productivity tools to track meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for increasing business in the assigned geography/cluster.
• Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff/reportees regarding product benefits and features.
• Connect with customers, understand needs, and close deals.
• Maintain complete knowledge of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines, etc.
• Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve productivity and revenue.
• Coordinate with the team for sales, activation and service TATs.
• Create cross-sell opportunities of other products.
• Effectively use productivity tools for lead management and record all meetings/activities/trainings with the branch team.
