Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the assigned branch.
• Supervise Front Office / Reception, ensure smooth check-in, bookings, and billing coordination.
• Achieve daily and monthly branch sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to boost productivity and performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Oversee telecalling, lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and customer conversions.
• Drive repeat visits, packages, memberships, upselling, and customer retention.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, shifts, discipline, and performance.
• Maintain daily sales, booking, attendance, billing, and branch performance reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, SOP compliance, service quality, and coordinate branch needs with Management/HR.
