Job summary

Wex Technologies PrivateLimited. in India is seeking an experienced sales/BD professional to engage potential and existing customers, assess plant performance, and generate enquiries for chemical, O&M, and retrofit business.

The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and value-added presentations. The candidate will track prospects, competitors, and projects, develop vendors and resources for cost optimization, and drive orders through effective negotiations

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in relevant field.
• Bachelor degree in Chemical/Mechanical engineering or Chemistry with higher studies.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to identify business opportunities.
• Generate enquiries for Chemical, O&M, and Retrofit business.
• Assess plant performance, identify pain areas, and suggest suitable VAS solutions.
• Review RFQs/Tenders and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare customer presentations for value-added solutions.
• Track prospects, competitors, and upcoming/ongoing projects.
• Prepare project costing, bidding estimates, and improve margins.
• Develop vendors, manpower, and service resources for cost optimization.
• Finalize KPI, LD, and other proposal-related clauses.
• Handle customer discussions, negotiations, and convert opportunities into orders.
