Job summary

Wex Technologies PrivateLimited. Pune is seeking a professional to visit potential and existing customers to identify business opportunities in chemical, O&M, and retrofit sectors. The role involves generating enquiries, reviewing RFQs, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

You will prepare customer presentations for value-added solutions, track prospects and competitors, and work on project costing and margins. Negotiations and order conversion are key parts of the duties.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: B.E / B.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical or B.Sc./M.Sc in Chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to identify business opportunities.
• Generate enquiries for Chemical, O&M, and Retrofit business.
• Assess plant performance, identify pain areas, and suggest VAS solutions.
• Review RFQs/Tenders and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare customer presentations for value-added solutions.
• Track prospects, competitors, and upcoming/ongoing projects.
• Prepare project costing, bidding estimates, and improve margins.
• Develop vendors, manpower, and service resources for cost optimization.
• Finalize KPI, LD, and other proposal-related clauses.
• Handle customer discussions, negotiations, and convert opportunities into orders.
