Job summary

Chembond Chemicals Ltd. is seeking a skilled O&M operations professional in Mumbai to oversee PAN India O&M opportunities, prepare technical and commercial offers, and strategically grow O&M business.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams, maintaining ISO-compliant records, and ensuring timely delivery of spares and materials at sites. The ideal candidate will have a background in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering and hands-on O&M experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in O&M of any plant and costing of O&M business.
• Ability to coordinate with regional teams and HR for manpower.
• Maintain reports and records for audits and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Tracking of New Opportunities/ Enquiry of O&M Business on PAN India basis to all the industries.
• Technical and Commercial Offer preparation for O&M Business.
• Strategic Planning of increase O&M Business on Pan India basis.
• Monitoring of all the existing (Technically/Commercially) O&M business regularly in coordination with regional team
• Preparing design documents, operation manual etc for O&M business.
• Coordination with WTP O&M activity and giving technical support.
• Garding training to operation personals as per requirement
• Maintaining reports and records for ISO audits.
• Monitor the materials cost within the budget in O&M contract.
• Internal department coordination and follow up for O&M spares/ chemicals to reach the material on time at site.
• To get client clearance any major deviation from the contract.
• Coordination with HR team for manpower arrangement for new O&M contract.
