Havells in Jaipur is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth for BCP products like MCB, MCCB, RCCB and RCB. You will craft and execute channels strategies, nurture distributors and dealers, and expand market reach.

The role focuses on achieving primary and secondary sales targets, analyzing market trends, and training channel partners to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Electrical/Switchgear sales.
• Experience in distributor management and market development.
• Exposure to MCB, MCCB, RCCB, RCB and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and market share for BCP products (MCB, MCCB, RCB & RCCB).


• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.


• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.


• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.


• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.


• Conduct product training and capability-building programs for channel partners.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.


• Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

• 5-8 years of experience in Electrical Sales, Switchgear Sales, BCP Sales, Channel Sales, or Distribution Sales.


• Strong experience in Distributor Management and Market Development.


• Exposure to MCB, MCCB, RCCB, RCB, Switchgear, Wiring Devices, or Electrical Products.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


• MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Post Graduate preferred (Only regular degree candidates)


• Maximum Age: 35 Years.
