Job summary

People Pro Consulting is seeking an Area Head of Electrical Products in Kolkata to drive lead generation, electrician engagement, and market development across the assigned territory.

You will organise electrician and contractor meets, coordinate with the sales team to convert leads, and build relationships with dealers and channel partners to fuel sales growth. Minimum 4 years in field sales within the electrical sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales or channel development in the electrical industry.
• Experience in conducting electrician meets, contractor meets, or similar field marketing activities.
• Good understanding of electrical products and the dealer-distributor network.
• Strong communication, networking, and territory management skills.
