Job summary

CSB Bank in Bengaluru seeks an experienced collections professional to lead executive training and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes managing training needs and enforcing certification standards for DRAs.

The incumbent will track delinquency, coordinate with agencies, and drive productivity while ensuring adherence to audit and information security requirements. AMBA/Graduate with 10–12 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of experience.
• MBA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Tracking & Controlling the delinquency of the area, bucket wise, dpd wise and focus on Non-starters for TW Product.
• Regular follow up with delinquent customers through a dedicated team.
• Ensuring adherence of legal guidelines by agencies and executives.
• Manage Productivity by fixing productivity parameters for in-house / collection agencies, monitoring performance against set parameters and periodic review.
• Co-ordination with legal team to ensure necessary legal action is taken on specific cases.
• Ensure collection agencies are compliant with audit & information security requirements of the Organisation.
