Job summary

CSB Bank in Coimbatore is seeking an Area Collection Manager to lead TW and PL collection operations in the region. You will oversee training for executives, ensure DRAs are trained and certified, and drive performance through collaborative teamwork.

The role requires monitoring team performance against targets, tracking area delinquency by bucket and DPD, focusing on non-starters for TW product, and coordinating with legal teams to enforce actions while ensuring agency compliance with audits

Qualifications

• Graduate with MBA and relevant banking experience.
• Experience Level Mid Level.
• 10–12 years of pertinent experience in collections or credit recovery.

• Manage the training needs for executives
• Ensure that all his DRAs are trained & Certified as per regulatory requirement
• Drive performance through team work
• Review of teams performance in terms of targets vs actual and guide for necessary optimisation
• Tracking & Controlling the delinquency of the area, bucket wise, dpd wise and focus on Non-starters for TW Product
• Regular follow up with delinquent customers through a dedicated team
• Ensuring adherence of legal guidelines by agencies and executives
• Manage Productivity by fixing productivity parameters for in-house / collection agencies, monitoring performance against set parameters and periodic review
• Co-ordination with legal team to ensure necessary legal action is taken on specific cases
• Ensure collection agencies are complaint with audit & information security requirements of the Organisation
