Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a capable leader to drive the refinance business in Delhi. You will mentor a team of sales executives, source customers through local networks, and foster strong relationships with dealers and business partners to meet targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, market insight, and adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines while delivering growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred (as per candidate profile).
• Graduate in any discipline (required).
• Proven experience in Refinance, Used Vehicle Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
• Strong market knowledge and customer acquisition skills.
• Experience in sourcing business through direct market channels.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle for local travel.

• Drive Refinance business growth across the assigned geography.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.

• Identify market opportunities and implement local business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
