Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Bhubaneswar is seeking an Area Business Manager to lead territory sales and team development. The role focuses on achieving brand and product targets while executing division strategies. You'll coach TBMs and drive field effectiveness to deliver year-end results.

The candidate should have a BSc/B.Pharm or higher with a proven track record, plus 2–4 years of first-line management experience in the same therapy. Prior experience with MNCs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: BSc or B.Pharma; or postgraduate qualification with strong academic record.
• 2 to 4 years of first-line manager experience in the same therapy.
• Experience with MNCs or top Indian pharma companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve area/TBM-wise sales targets and support team in meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly goals.
• Develop and mentor TBMs; conduct activities per division strategy.
• Monitor territory execution and communicate effectively to drive performance.
