You will keep agents engaged through strong relationships, induct and activate new members, drive incentive schemes to exceed benchmarks, and push product-wise targets and profitability with regular agent visits.

• Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the Agents income exceeds benchmark
• To achieve product wise targets & profitability
• Goal setting of all Agents in the team
• Regular Field observation & Regular Agent visit
