Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic professional to drive agent recruitment, development, and meeting business targets with a strong customer-centric focus. The role involves building an agent pipeline, enhancing referrals, and ensuring adherence to MLI processes and norms.

The incumbent will train agents, supervise field activities, and collaborate to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans while improving productivity and persistency through structured programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents and build an agent pipeline.
• Increase agent footfall to generate referrals for new hires.
• Implement MLI GOLD process and adhere to business norms.
• Follow 9-pointer agent hiring and other norms.
• Ensure product knowledge through MLI training.
• Conduct field demonstrations (FODs).
• Develop agent prospecting, calling, and work habits.
• Collaborate with agents to plan and review activities and goals.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers to improve them.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business plans.
• Improve agent productivity and persistence through PRP/IID/GID programs.
• Ensure product mix sales ratio aligns with business norms.
• Maintain agent productivity per the business plan.

Agent Recruitment

• Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipeline.


• Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring.


• Implementation of MLI GOLD process and adhere to the business norms.


• Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms.

Agent Development

• Ensure product knowledge by MLI ways of training.


• Field demonstration (FODs).


• Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.


• Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.


• Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same.

Meet Business Targets

• Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.


• Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc.


• Ensure company product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms.


• Maintain agent productivity as per business plan.
