Job summary

Accenture PLC in Bengaluru is seeking an Application Tech Support Practitioner to serve as the ongoing interface between clients and systems. The role emphasizes quality and clear communication to keep world-class systems running and to define and resolve client issues with deep product knowledge.

Design and develop Python and Ansible automations, coordinate end-to-end implementations, and continuously audit use-cases.

Qualifications

• Must have Site Reliability Engineering, Python, DevOps, and Ansible on Microsoft Azure.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, Python (Programming Language), DevOps, Ansible on Microsoft Azure
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on system stability and client satisfaction.
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Ability to work with monitoring tools and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and clients.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes to support scalable applications.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
