Job summary

Kshema General Insurance Limited (Kshema) is hiring an Application Support Engineer to maintain critical business applications in a fast-paced IT environment in Secunderabad. You will work with call center, development, L3 teams, and vendors to ensure availability and performance.

The role requires 4+ years in application support, a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, familiarity with ITIL/ITSM, and hands-on SQL and scripting (Python/PowerShell). Strong analytical and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications
