Job Description

• Assistin the development and implementation of pricing models and strategies
  
• Assistin the reserving process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsand internal policies.
  
• Work onthe pricing for government business, including tenders.
  
• Analysehistorical data, market trends, competitor results and actuarial methodologies,and customer behavior for actuarial decisions.
  
• Contributeto the development and refinement of actuarial models and methodologies.
  
• Collaboratewith claims, finance and underwriting teams to provide insights fromactuarial analysis.
  
• Supportthe actuarial team in regulatory filings, compliance and responding toaudit/regulatory queries.
  
• Preparedetailed reports, presentations and visualisation tools to communicate actuarialanalysis, results and recommendations to senior management.
  
• Workclosely with data scientists to utilise spatiotemporal data and buildgranular and dynamic pricing algorithms.
  
• Work onimplementation of new regulatory regimes like Ind AS 117 and Risk BasedCapital (RBC).
  
• Stayupdated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices inactuarial profession.
  
• Participatein cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
  

Requirements
