Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Reviewer with a strong background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various typesof commercial and technology-related agreements. The ideal candidate will havea comprehensive understanding of legal principles and practical experience inhandling diverse contractual frameworks, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks,and safeguarding organizational interests.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Lawdegree (LL.B or equivalent); additional certifications in contractmanagement or technology law preferred.

Experience:
