Job summary

Kshema General Insurance Limited, India's digital agri insurer, is seeking an experienced professional for Accounts Receivable/Finance Operations in Hyderabad. You will manage the full AR cycle, ensure timely collections, and support monthly MIS and regulatory reporting.

The role requires 5–10 years in AR/finance, a B.Com or related degree, and hands-on ERP experience (Tally). You will join a growing team across India and contribute to automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of accounts receivable or finance operations experience.
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably Tally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle including collections and cash application.
• Maintain updated records of receivables and collections.
• Review and posting of journal entries (commission/premium/claims).
• IRDA reporting for commission/premium/claims.
• Preparation of monthly MIS and related AR reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

• Overseethe complete accounts receivable cycle,collections, and cash application.
• Maintainupdated records of receivables and collections.
• Reviewand posting of Journal Entries (commission/Premium/claims).
• Reviewand reconciliation of Premium deposits if any.

Preparation of monthly MIS.

• Reviewof BRS for claims & premium collections.
• Claimspayment reconciliations.
• IRDAreporting for commission/Premium/Claims.

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensurecompliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatoryrequirements.
• Identifyopportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Participatein internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
