Techouts in Hyderabad, India is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide day-to-day support and maintenance for critical business applications. You will collaborate with call center, development, L3 teams, and vendors to ensure application availability, stability, and performance.

Responsibilities include investigating issues via logs and DB queries, providing workarounds, performing data fixes, and deploying patches.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in application support or similar IT role.
• Working knowledge of ITIL or ITSM practices.
• Hands-on with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/PowerShell).
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
