Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Gather requirements from Customers and plans, design, implement, test, and document integration processes varying in levels of complexity for System/transaction integration in Coupa procurement environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Coupa.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Coupa.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
