Job summary

LAXMI INDIA FINANCE in Jaipur, India is seeking a capable professional to provide end-to-end support for issue resolution across business applications, ensuring timely incident handling and service restoration.

You will perform detailed RCA for recurring and critical issues, implement preventive measures, and handle configuration support for LOS, LMS, and CRM systems. You will also conduct data corrections and act as a liaison between users, technical teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for issue resolution across business applications, ensuring timely incident handling and service restoration.
• Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues, and implement preventive measures.
• Handle configuration support for enterprise applications including LOS, LMS, and CRM systems.
• Perform data corrections, reconciliation, and validation to maintain data integrity across systems.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies impacting business operations and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and resolution.
