Providing application support for payments application, coordination with internal stake holders and OEM on incidents closure

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience: 7 to 12 years

• Hands on Liability application support
• Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL, Windows/Linux hands on experience
• Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
• Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines
• Publish weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc reports as per business need
• Review incidents report, lever to bring automation
• Review SOP, User Manuals as per need
• Experience in handling hybrid team/stakeholders
• Look to Identify application vulnerability and involve security team/vendor to address
