Job summary

Capgemini Technology Services India Limited invites candidates for a voice process role at Noida NSEZ. Location: Plot No. 139,140 & 142 E&F, NSEZ, Tower-B, Noida 201305. Date: 29th August (Saturday). Time: 10 AM to 2 PM.

Shift Preference: Open to all shifts; night shift flexibility is mandatory for customer service. Notice Period: Immediate and 30 Days only. Open to work from office. Experience: 1-5 years in BPO, healthcare, claims processing, customer service, collections or related ops.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO, Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations.
• Experience handling complex customer issues, escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive independent case resolution and support process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, web-based tools, email systems, and data management activities.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
• Open to work from office.
