Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Hyderabad, Telangana seeks a Technical Consultant to lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and other modules.

The role requires collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect scalable solutions, provide technical leadership, customize applications, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, perform code reviews, and stay current with platform releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and admin experience.
• Proven track record of enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Certifications: CSA, CIS, CAD at appropriate level.

• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Required Qualifications

Skills Competencies

• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
