Job summary

Infinite in Noida is seeking a Technical Recruiter APAC to source and onboard IT professionals across Singapore and Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen applicants, and coordinate with hiring managers.

The role requires 1-3 years APAC IT recruitment experience, strong communication, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Shift is 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Source top talent from various sources, including social media platforms like LinkedIn, Foundit, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in APAC IT recruitment(Singapore, Malaysia) or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical skills required for different roles within an organization's technology department.
