Verisk Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcing & TA Operations Specialist APAC based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model. You will drive sourcing for strategic APAC roles and oversee TA data, processes and tools to keep workflows clean and efficient.

You will collaborate with Recruiters, TA Leads and the global TA Enablement team to deliver pipelines, market insights and compliant reporting, using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent sourcing or TA operations across APAC markets.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Hands-on ATS experience with data accuracy; Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; presenting market data.

Talent Sourcing & TA Operations Specialist APAC

Location: [Hyderabad/ Hybrid] | Team: TS & I

The role

A 50/50 role across two things that make a recruiting team effective: finding talent that is hard to find and running operations that recruiters can rely on. You'll source for strategic and niche roles across APAC, build pipelines ahead of demand, and own the data, process and tooling that keep Oracle Recruiting and our TA workflows clean and efficient. You'll work day to day with Recruiters and TA Leads in the region, and with the global TA Enablement team on process and technology.

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing (50%)

• Lead sourcing on strategic, niche and hard-to-fill roles across APAC, partnering with Recruiters and TA Leads on searches that need dedicated support.
• Build and maintain proactive external and internal pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs.
• Deliver talent mapping, market research and competitor analysis that shape search strategy and hiring decisions.
• Give Recruiters and Hiring Managers evidence-based insights on talent supply, location options and compensation.
• Maximise the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, our CRM and emerging AI sourcing tools to improve speed, reach and quality of hire.

TA Operations (50%)

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across APAC, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
• Own Oracle Recruiting data quality and process governance for the region; act as the first point of contact for system and process questions.
• Identify gaps in recruiting processes and lead or support improvements through to adoption.
• Drive adoption of TA technology, automation and AI-enabled workflows and agents within the regional team.
• Produce and maintain reporting, documentation and compliance records to agreed standards.
• Represent APAC with the global TA Enablement team on process and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• [3+] years in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination or TA operations, including experience across multiple APAC markets.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills; working knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Insights and CRM tools.
• Hands‑on ATS experience with strong attention to data accuracy; Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI and automation to recruiting work.
• Able to manage proactive, long-horizon sourcing alongside time‑critical operational tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting market data to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
