Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Onboarding & Induction Management: experience handling large-volume onboarding and coordinating structured induction tracks with cross-functional leaders.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Execution: proven track record of supporting and executing engagement programs and culture activities.
• Learning & Development (L&D) Support: exposure to content creation, workshop facilitation, training coordination, and internal capability-building sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and run thrice-weekly inductions and fortnightly trainings.
• Coordinate structured departmental induction tracks with cross-functional leaders.
• Support employee engagement programs and culture touchpoints across the organization.
• Create training decks and collateral using PowerPoint/Canva/AI tools to aid learning outcomes.

Experience Required

• Total Experience:Min 2 years of hands-on human resources experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment.
• Onboarding & Induction Management: Demonstrated experience handling large-volume employee onboarding, delivering new-hire orientations, and coordinating structured departmental induction tracks with cross-functional leaders.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Execution: Proven track record of supporting and executing employee engagement programs, milestone celebrations etc.
• Learning & Development (L&D) Support: Exposure to assisting in L&D initiatives, including content creation, workshop facilitation, training coordination, and internal capability-building sessions.

Skill Set

• Onboarding & Facilitation: Strong command over public speaking and classroom/virtual facilitation, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver compelling, structured new-hire inductions
